Dr Rajender Pal Singh has been an independent director since 14th February 2025. He is an IPS officer of the 1987 batch U.P. cadre who superannuated in 2023 from the rank of the DGP after an illustrious career of 36 years. Having done his graduation and post-graduation from the prestigious St Stephen’s College Delhi University, he earned his LLB and PhD degrees during the course of his service. Dr Singh has held various challenging field, operational and administrative assignments during his long Police service which included a 5 years stint as Deputy Director General (Northern Region & Operations) in the Narcotics Control Bureau, New Delhi and 3.5 years as Director General of Police EOW (Economic Offences Wing) and SIT (Special Investigation Team) of Uttar Pradesh. In recognition of his outstanding work, Dr R P Singh has been conferred several awards including reputed medals by the Hon’ble President of India, Hon’ble Chief Minister of U.P, Hon’ble Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, Ministry of Home Affairs, U.S . Immigration and Customs Enforcement, National Unity Mission, DGP’s Commendation Discs (Silver, Gold & platinum) etc. Dr Singh has attended specialised courses on Leadership & Management, Team Building, International Trade and Corporate Governance from IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, WTO Geneva and IICA MCA New Delhi. He is a certified professional in corporate governance. His specialisation includes Risk management, Emergency response & Crisis management, Human resource & capacity building, Administration & performance audit. Presently, Dr Rajender Pal Singh serves as Chief Advisor (Enforcement & Vigilance) at Meesho Bangalore, Satya Microcapital Ltd New Delhi and U.P. Microfinance Association (UPMA) Lucknow. He is also an independent director on the board of Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd (TEIL) since August 2023. He is also Designated Partner of Top Cop Solutions LLP.
