Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan has been an Independent Director of the Company since February 14, 2025. Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan retired from Indian Administrative Service (IAS) after putting in 35 years of service. Since his retirement, he has worked as Independent Director of various companies of Uno Minda Group. Presently he is on the Board of companies of PNC Infratech Limited, Titagarh Rail Systems Limited, Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited, Omansh Enterprises Limited, Asit C Mehta Investment Interrmediates Limited, Pantomath Trustee Private Limited and Asit C Mehta Financial Services Limited. Being in Haryana cadre of IAS, he served in various senior positions in the State Government of Haryana including Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary of various departments. He also served as Deputy Commissioner of Faridabad, Karnal, Bhiwani, Sonipat and Rewari districts.
Mr. Jalan has also worked extensively in Union Government as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Central Provident Fund Commissioner. He retired while working as the Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of MSME. His extensive experience in governance and administration shall strengthen the company’s decision-making processes and ensure adherence to ethical practices.
