Mr. Sandeep Jain is the Joint Managing Director of the Company since February 2002. He is a promoter of the Company. He was first appointed on the Board on November 15, 1984, and became a Whole time Director in February 1985. He has around 42 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has significant experience in corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance matters and is involved in the overall supervision of day-to-day operations with emphasis on international marketing, business development, tax laws and regulatory matters. He also holds directorship in Neophar Alipro Limited and PanEra Biotec Private Limited.
