On March 8th, Panacea Biotec honoured the incredible women leaders who have shaped our journey. This Women’s Day, we paid tribute to Late Dr. Suniti B. Sharma, whose 14 years of dedication laid the foundation of our Quality Culture, ensuring compliance with GLP standards. Her vision enabled us to deliver 10 billion+ doses of Polio vaccines and 200 million+ doses of fully-liquid combination vaccines. Mr. Deepak Mahajan shared his experiences of working alongside her and how she was his professional mother and an empathetic leader, while Dr. Jyoti Mahajan joined us virtually to reflect on her remarkable contributions and shared about the technical expertise of Dr. Sharma and her long association with her.
Women empowerment took center stage with insightful speeches by Ms. Navita Khanna where she shared about her professional journey with Panacea Biotec and motivated women employees to be Unstoppable, Unbeatable and Unforgettable, Ms. Anshu Rastogi where she shared examples of women at Panacea Biotec who are leading from the front, Dr. Priyanka Priyadarsiny, and Dr. Syed Khalid Ali where he shared that women should be celebrated everyday. Mr. Kulvinder Sarao, Chief Human Engagement Officer, highlighted the significance of women’s representation at Panacea Biotec.
A special stress management workshop was led by Dr. Abhishek Gupta (AIIMS, New Delhi) at Lalru, while Dr. Amaneet Kaur (Ojas Hospital, Panchkula) conducted a Health Talk at Baddi.
